Features

General information

The mail you send to your contacts from Address Book can be archived. This allows you to keep trace of your mail and reprint it if necessary, e.g. a reminder letter. You can archive individual letters created in Mail as well as letters to groups of contacts created in Mail Merge tab.

To archive mail:

  1. Activate Address Book and click Mailing tab.
  2. Click Mail tab or Mail Merge tab depending on the type of your letter.
  3. After drafting your letter, click Archive button.

Note: Mail cannot be created directly in Archive.
